Not visible information within a ticket / Portal JIRA

Hi  Atlassian community!

In the following two cases I can not see some information in the portal.  Do you know if this could be an error?

  • In this firs ticket, the user attached another email, and I couldn't see it in the portal. The user mention, "Please see below"...

  •  In the second ticket, we couldn't see any information in the portal.

Please let us know if this a bug or what we should do to correct this situation.

Welcome to the community.  Unfortunately, we don't have access to your JSM portal env, thus can you please post screenshots of your issue and detailed where the content that you cannot see?  Afterward, we can have further assist you.

In general, issues display in the portal will only contain the original issue data details (i.e. the fields that your customer provided) and afterward you can only see the public comments exchanged between your customer and your agent.

Have you try to access those two issues in the actual project issue view UI?
