I am wanting to merge two Service management projects.  The steps I need to perform as I understand it, begins with those below.  I don't see Advanced search, so trying to enable issue Navigator but it isn't avail as one of the options in Features. Thanks

  • Go to the Advanced search and search your JQL
  • Select the 3 dots in right and bulk change
  • Select the issues you'd like to move and select Next.
  • Select Move Issues and select Next.

Hi @Darryl Cephas , Welcome to the Community!

I can understand your confusion on this. 😊 The issue navigator is what they call the new "grid" of issues and it gives you a lot more flexibility to work with multiple issues at once (for example). If you click Filters > All issues, that's the issue navigator. And if it opens in Basic search mode, you'll have several filter drop-down menus along the top; if it opens in JQL search mode, that's your Advanced search mode. Here's Basic search:

Here's Advanced (JQL) search:

You would then click the 3 dots (...) menu above the Basic | JQL buttons and select Bulk change all 'x' issues (which is counterintuitive if you don't want all of them), then select the issues you want to bulk change and select the action you want to take. Hope that helps!

My pleasure! And please don't hesitate to tap this Community, they've helped me so much and will help you, too. And as you work with JSM, you'll probably be helping me and others! Take care.

@Darryl Cephas

Welcome to community.  I agreed with what Susan mentioned.  Here is a reference link that you can review to understand more on Advanced Search and proper JQL usage -

Hope this also helps.
