I'm having a reoccurrence of a previous issue I faced across a number of email accounts.
I have previously raised it here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Not-receiving-emails-from-any-Jira-product-or-site/qaq-p/1945171
Could this be looked at again, I can provide specific email addresses if required. All actions were followed last time however it seems to be occurring again exact same way, multiple Jira Service Management sites effecting a few users in my domain.

Can anyone resolve this from Jira Support? This is the exact same issue that Jira had to previously resolve
