Not receiving email notifications

I'm not receiving email notifications when the client responds to an existing ticket but if a new ticket is created then email is received. Is this a known issue?

Please assist!

Can you check your notifications scheme to see if indeed you are set to receive notifications when the customer comments?

Previously i was receiving the notifications. It stopped last friday.
