Not notifying on google sync?

Hello all,

I want to start syncing our GPC users with JSM but I want to ensure that users are NOT notified when this is setup - so I can check permissions and then roll out JSM the "right" way - not just have people stumble into it.

Does enabling the sync (domain is verified so it's just the linking left) notify users of account creation or can I just populate everything and then "turn it on" for the company when I am ready? Any specific settings I need to change to prevent mass notification?
