Not able to view customer profiles

Fabio Müller

Hello,

I have not been able to select customers for quite some time now.

If I click on "View Profile" in Customers I always get the following message:

grafik.png

(Translation: You have encountered a user that does not exist. Go back and search for an other user)

Or this one:

grafik.png

(Translation: It seems your connection has been lost...)

Do you have any idea how to fix this problem?

Thank you.

Currently JSM does not support customer profiles. Profiles are only provided to licensed users.

Hi @Fabio Müller ,

The fact that a customer's profile is not found is actually normal. (the way they handle it is just not that great).

A customer (portal only customer) doesn't exist as a user (only as a customer) in Jira and thus doesn't have a profile to view.
