Not able to see Knowledge Base

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I was given admin permissions for a particular project, but still I am not able to see the Knowledge Base Option. For context: I am talking about the demo service project
This is what I am seeing when I try it from project settings > Channels and Self Service > Knowledge Base
