Not able to see Knowledge Base

I was given admin permissions for a particular project, but still I am not able to see the Knowledge Base Option. For context: I am talking about the demo service projectScreenshot 2025-09-05 125554.png

This is what I am seeing when I try it from project settings > Channels and Self Service > Knowledge Base
