Hi user Password resetting is disabled for your user name. Please ask your Jira Service Management administrator to enable password resets.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

We are a user community using our own Atlassian products. We are not the administrators of your Jira instance. You need to contact your instance 's Jira Administrators.

If you are unsure who those people are, I recommend that you start by talking to the person who told you to acc ss that instance or helped you get access to that instance.
