We have started onboarding a new team member to KDP 2 weeks ago. Email address and GSN is now fully available early this week. A service request was raised promptly, but the user is not able to be added to team created for "Dr Dry". We need immediate assistance on how to resolve this access issue.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
It sounds like you are trying to onboard a new person in your environment but you cannot see that person within your Atlassian product (Jira?) instance yet. Is that correct?
If you have raised a service request to ask for that person to be granted access to your Atlassian product and that has not been addressed, you need to reach out to the organization that handles the service requests. I advise you to add a comment to the service request you have already raised.
This is a community of users of our own Atlassian product subscriptions. We don't use or administer the systems you are accessing.
If I have misunderstood your situation, please provide additional details about what product this concerns, the steps you are executing, and the response that you see.
