Not able to align the attachment to corresponding side of the option,after adding file moving down

its column layout,while uploading the file to attachment field, it is showing down and another field moving downs ,due to that the option to corresponding side attachment not in same line.Any solution for this.please find below image for reference.the alignment is missing.

This is the option I provided, based on a previous post you made in relation to this.

Ad there is no other option then a table in a from on a JSM request, there is no control on image size .

The table solution is your only option, if this doesn't fit the need, re-think the request and why this required in such a way.

Other option is to use sections in the form and based on selected option a section with an attachment field is shown, give the fields good names.

But this probably will not align well side by side as well.

Using fields to be shown side - side is not quite an option as field sizes can differ, based on given input of type of field.
