Not able to add "customer experience"

when I try to ADD a new Customer Service Management space, as promoted by Jira, I am able to create a new space while following the template. The second step: add a customer experience I get "We could not create your customer experience. Please try again."

I already have another running Customer Service space but want to shift to the new version, as promoted.

You can have multiple CSM customer experiences, but I don't think they can have the same name. You might have to add V2 to the end of it. I don't believe this is permissions related as you were able to create the first one. Also could just be a glitch you never know :)

Oh I just re-read this. You can only have one CSM experience linked to a space although you can have many forms from different spaces.

I tried different names: for the space as well for the customer experience name...
