Not able to Link issue from JIRA Software(Cloud) to JIRA Service Management(cloud)

Both available in same instance - xxxx.atlassian.net/jira/software/ and xxxx.atlassian.net/jira//servicedesk/

I have selected the linked issue tab & click on create a linked issue, but its showing me below error

Error - "Changes saved, but Issue not visible - For an issue to be visible, it must match your project and filters, and have a status that’s assigned to the board."

Please help me with the steps of linking issues from JIRA Software to Jira Service Management and vice versa.

Where are you seeing this issue? Is this when linking the issues itself or on a filter/dashboard?

In case it is when linking, suggest you check both project screen schemes have the "issue linking" configured on the view screens.
