Not Deleting ITSM project

Trialling Jira Service Management and it's already annoyed me enough to stay with our current system. In Projects/ITSM project/Project settings, I'm trying to delete the project and it's given me the attached error.

So are you a Jira admin? Did you select “move to trash” from the view all projects screen?

I am Jira Admin. I went into project setting and delete project. Thanks.
