We can see an issue regarding feedback requests.
To double check i have created 3 test tickets just now in different categories and closed them down.
I have received 2 emails with confirmation that ticket has been created '
Just confirming that we got your request. We're on it.'
And only one with feedback request '
Tomasz Bis changed the status to Done.'
Therefore, looks like only 1 out of 3 feedback requests has been sent out and 2 out of 3 confirmations for created tickets.
Is there some issue?
