Hi,
I have the problem that when creating a new ticket, the notification should go to three users, which has also worked until now. But since short one user gets no more emails from this event, the other two users still get emails.
According to Permission helper, however, this one user is delivered everything without error. Spam folder and other email policies are checked or not present.
When I log in to the user as admin, he also gets a corresponding system email from jira.

I'm running out of ideas what the error could be.....

Checking Sheila’s email address on our tools, it returned a bounce due to the following error:
550: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
I removed the bounce and the notifications should be delivered now.
