No account account but create an issue based on e-mail

Hi

In my Service project I have two types of customers. Internal and external. For the internal customer we use the portal functionality but the external customer is not allowed to use the portal.

The external customer may only send an e-mail to the service project. An issue must be created based on that e-mail, but it must not be the case that the external customer has to create an account. Is that possible?

Hi @Roeland Möller

No this can't be done.

The reporter of the issue needs to be know, so the email address needs to be stored.

As a JSM project also sends notifications to customers on comments added or status changes, you can delete all these email actions.

They will be disabled for all then, also internal customers.
