We created a Jira account for a new IT staff and invited him to join the team but when he tried to log into Jira, he never receives an email invite to verify who he is. We've re-sent the invite multiple times, checked for it in his spam folder but no avail.
We believe his email address (caseyc@hustlercasinola.com) may have been blocked. I'm not a site admin so I can't raise a support ticket.
Please help, much appreciated in advance.

This has to be raised at Atlassian Support, so please contact your site admin or jira admin to do so.
The Atlassian Community is a forum, where users can help each other, but its no a portal where Atlassian Support is looking at to resolve issues from users
