New email alert

Aside from the bell on the right-hand-side - how can I tell if I've received new emails? For instance, an open thread with a client, and I need need to see that one new reply from the client. How to tell/how do you get alerted that you have new emails?

Do you mean something within Jira? Obviously you can set up notifications inside your email client. If you’re using something like outlook you can set up rules to draw attention to emails from Jira. If you can explain more completely what your goal is that I might be able to offer a solution that would work best.
