New Jira Forms..where is the backend data?

I'm liking the new forms feature JSM, I created a form but how can I access the history of all data put into that form across the project?

Let's say I have a form for an iphone request for ex..how can I track it?

Hello @Nelson Fernandez !  Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can set up the fields on the form to match custom fields in Jira.  For your iPhone example, that would probably be mapped to a Jira Custom field that's tied to an Insight object.
