Need to remove - Minus in Time spent by agent field

Hello All,

Any one help me to remove Minus field in Time spent by Agent field in JSM i have checked the Time zone in Personal settings and global setting still it is not changed .

To what is you question relating, can you explain a bit more?

Is this time calculated, is there a 3rd party app in play, etc...

below is the Screenshot i have updated to Decimals but it is not convincing please help me if there is any way to show like (1Hr 2 min) like this
