I want to change the UI of Jira service management screen. Not just color and Image, I want to add size to textbox field and need to view two fields in a single row.
Is it possible with OOTB option or any tools to achieve it ??
Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can add fields but they are added below each other.
I am not aware of any marketplace apps that allow you to change the JSM layout. However, you can take a look at Refined or K15t if you want to customize the Help Center layout.
