Need to Activate ISBIT.atlassian.

ISBIT.atlassian was created earlier and not in use. appears expired.

Now we would like to use ISBIT and purchase licenses on the same name.

If the site is in retention period, you should be able to reactivate them. https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/#Reactivating-a-canceled-site
