Today I opened my project in Jira service management and found that navigator field look different. It is showing only issues and filters. Normally I will show tab "customer" "report" "knowledge" and many more. when I choose project setting It shocked me as many fields in project setting are disappear such as request type, portal setting. Feature in project setting are disable while I do nothing. please kindly help me urgently as I need to use it on my daily operation.
