NEED HELP - we are new to this and need help understanding how to start

We are trying to set up the first-ever service management project and we are so overwhelmed by this and need someone who might be willing to give us a hour to explain some basics - we want to set up this for HR tasks but we want the tasks to be specific to our HR process not what is pre-defined in their templates

My teammate Muhammet has a wonderful medium blog about it but it is in Turkish. You might wanna try to translate it and see if it works for you :)

Hi Kelly, so what if you tried so far? Have you looked at the guides presented by it last in documentation?
