Hi @Bert Duhamel , can you check that the "Customer invited" is enabled under space settings/notifications/customer notifications?

I wonder if this is occurring for a specific domain. Can you verify this theory? Do you have other JSM projects where this is happening?

thanks but the issue was related to a complex forwarding mechanism of the invited customer email. It finally arrived well. Thank you for your suggestions!
