We have the Team Reports app in Jira, and overnight it stopped working.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
As the error says, an API being used by that app has been removed. Atlassian announced the deprecation of some API endpoints for Jira recently. The app vendor needs to update their app to use the new endpoints.

First let me clarify that I am just another user of the Atlassian products. I am not an employee of either Atlassian or the vendor that created the Team Reports app.

- No. You will have to get that information from the vendor of the app.

- See above
Is Atlassian taking any action to fulfill the vendor's obligation?
- No. It is the app vendor's responsibility to update their app.
How can I track the status of this issue?
- You will have to contact the app vendor's support team to get that information.
You will need to find the app in the Atlassian Marketplace and check the Support tab there for the contact information for the app vendor's support team.
I tried to find it, but I don't see any app with the name "Team Reports" for the Jira Cloud product.
