I'm trying to login and suddenly I see the below message! what should I do to get my account back? I have tried lots of routes but I can't see to get in touch with anyone directly.

You need to reach out to the admins of your Jira Cloud instance and have them check you account.
Community members or Atlassian Support can't assist in this, only an admin of the JSM you want to access can grant you permissions.
Thanks, how do I find the admin contact details? I can't find anything online in terms of a point of contact

You could ask a colleague or the IT department within your company.
Someone should know who manages you Atlassian Cloud instance.
