Multi Select list Field Behavior based on another Multi select list Field in Jira service Management

Hi 

I have created two Multi-select fields called as

1. Product Name
2. Services Affected

Product Name has 8 Values and Services Affected Field has 80+ values, When I select 1 value in product name then Services Affected field has to show related to those values only.

Means Services Affected field values to be displayed based on the selection of Product Name Values and I am trying to achieve this in the Jira service Management customer Portal.

BTW we are using Script runner plugin, let me know if this can be achieve by using any script.
