We're currently Unthread customers looking to bring all our work into Jira for better reporting. One hurdle we have been running into is how to manage our client base in Jira Service Management, particularly in multiple Slack Connect channels. For context, each client has a support channel and we have a single triage channel that all tickets come into.
Ideally we keep all of our work in a single project while still being able to offer support in Slack for each client individually. Any ideas on how to achieve this? We considered separate projects for each client, but that seems like overkill to manage with no way to get a high-level overview.

You can connect multiple channels to a single JSM project, have a look at this KB for more information. So what you are trying to do is possible.
