Move customer from Company one to company two

Hello all,

i am in a bind at the moment a colleague of ours was added in jira in a different company, now i want to correct this but i do not see an option for this in jira service management.

is there a way to fix this without deleting the colleague?

in the screen you see our dutch tennant because this our dutch company but what you see is that a Belgium colleague is in our dutch company while he should not be there.

so that is my question can you move persons for company one to company two?

Hi @Frank,

There isn't any 'move' action available, but you can add your colleague to the Dutch organization (see documentation), and remove them from the Belgium one:

Note that the Trash icon doesn't mean you'll delete the customer from the project, but from the organization only.
