Buenos días:
Cuando creo un campo del tipo insight, en el portal de ayuda al cargar la solicitud y rellenarla con los datos que necesito lo hace bien, pero al recargarse la solicitud para mostrar los datos de la incidencia en el portal no me aparecen los datos, solo me aparece el usuario que ha hecho la solicitud. ¿Como se podría resolver esto? ¿O hay alguna posibilidad de ocultar estos campos cuando se recarga la incidencia en el portal?
