In Cloud JIRA, if a ticket is raised by the customer , there is this "More fields" option that is seen on the right hand side of the ticket . This has the fields that are not the part of the request type using which the ticket is raised.(Reason below)
To be more precise, there are around 5 request types, which use the same issue type "Submit an incident or a request" to which a screen is responsible for in the project and all the custom fields that are needed by the 5 request types are pushed/associated with this single screen/single issue type and are handpicked in the request types as per requirement. Due to this they are seen in the "More fields" in the right hand part of the ticket as it can be seen in the attachment.
Can this more fields dropdown be hidden somehow to not display it on the UI? please note that this is not applicable for "See the old view" UI.
