Hi Mirandatreijel,

 

This is the standard view for CSAT for Jira Service Management.

There is no option do downlaod and/or create filters.

 

You can vote on this initiative; https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4749

 

If you want to extract only the rating without the comment you can simply add the "Satisfation" field to yout ticket export layout and it will return you the number of start in the field.
