Wij hebben de CSAT module van Jira.
Is er een manier om hier een maandelijks rapport van uit te draaien in een mooie opmaak? 
Wellicht zelfs automatisch?

Hi Mirandatreijel,

This is the standard view for CSAT for Jira Service Management.

There is no option do downlaod and/or create filters.

If you want to extract only the rating without the comment you can simply add the "Satisfation" field to yout ticket export layout and it will return you the number of start in the field.
