We need to migrate a JSM project and the associated Insight schema from the server instance to the cloud instance. Kindly share the possible approach and method for achieving this.
You can either use JCMA or Site Import to migrate JSM Projects now. If your Cloud instance has data in it already, you will need to use JCMA. Atlassian has published a doc on how to migrate Insight. It's pretty manual, but doable.
