We currently use Zoho Desk to manage help desk ticketing. We would like to switch over to Jira Service Desk if it can completely import all tickets as well as replies to the tickets from Zoho Desk.
Is there any built in migration process in Jira Service Desk?
There have been queries around this before - this answer from Dario from Atlassian has some great information about what can be done using the Atlassian suite :)
