There is a simple way in JSM to migrate a JSM Customer user to an Atlassian user. However, I have a need to do the reverse. We have an Atlassian/Jira user that I would like to migrate OUT of Atlassian/Jira to be just a JSM Customer account. I want them to keep their existing email address.
Given the touchy nature of emails in Jira, I am hoping someone has seen or dealt with this previously. Thanks for your help.
You cannot reverse it. What you can do is simply remove all product access under user management. However the still will have an Atlassian account.
