Migrate a portal customer account to a user account in automation

Hey 👋,

is there a way using Jira automation, to migrate specific customer accounts e.g. based on the email-domain to an atlassian customer account and add it to a specific user group?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to migrate an account via automation, since a REST API endpoint doesn't currently exists. Watch and vote this issue to make it happen https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-6028

Now you can use bulk actions to handle portal only accounts:
