Its been advised if customers (end users) have the Microsoft Teams for Jira addon, if they have a raised ticket. Internal comments saved by agents are posted on the customers MS Teams jira chat.
This can also be across projects, which the customer would not have access to.
If you have issues with this, submit a ticket to Atlassian. I just did as I am experiencing the same issue so they can track all the users affected (if they aren't already). I wasn't able to find the JAC ticket.
we have the same problem and more: We have disabled the JIRA cloud for Microsoft Teams in the JIRA settings, but JIRA still shows the hidden internal comments in Teams!
there any solution for that?
