Can you please help with the following:
Firstly: We have two separate Jira and Jira Service Management instances. We would like to merge into a single instance. Each instance has separate users, workflows, customisation and automation.
Secondly: We have up to three separate email addresses for user access.
Objective 1 - To consolidate to a single instance with unified licensing and migration of workflows etc.
Objective 2 - Consolidate to single email access.

Hi, Ilyas, is there a particular reason why you want to combine them? I don't have an answer, but I thought of going in the opposite direction.
I wondered if it is possible to have an instance of Jira Service Management in one site and an instance of Jira Software in another and yet have them communicate with each other.
Is that your current configuration?
