Marketplace App pricing (only 3 users in Service Management vs 100's in rest of company account)

Hi there, 

Our company attlassian account has loads of users, but we only have 3 users in Jira Service Management. How do we know that Jira Service Management Applications are only going to charge us for the 3 users - instead of for the many that the company actually has? (Or will it automatically calculate it correctly)?

Welcome to the community.  In JSM Cloud, only Agent license will be charged.  I am assuming your reference to 3 users in Jira Service Management mean they are given the agent license?

Non-Agents users are free as they will access the JSM project via the portal UI only.
