Maybe one of you can help me.
Problem:
I create a ticket in Jira Servicedesk, then I want to add a customer.
I do that with Request participants.
The problem here, however, is that I cannot display these tickets in the Jira ServiceDesk portal. Nothing can be seen from the customer's point of view either.
I also lack the option.
