Can someone please tell me what creates this indicator on the form?

The switch indicates whether or not the ticket is a major incident, but the label at the top of the screen is only available when the Incident Management features are turned on.

Hi @Kim Euker

There is a field on the incident screen called "Major Incident". This field works as a flag and, once enabled, adds the tag to the top of the incident screen.

Make sure to add this field to your Incident Edit screen.

Eugenio
