Método Kanban

Tenho um quadro de equipe que não foi feito por mim e não consigo colocar esse quadro em kanban, e todos da equipe visualizam dessa forma. Onde posso alterar essa opção (visto que estou como adm e não aparece pra mim)?

I hope you are referring to Jira software project. Is this a Company Managed Project(CPM) or Team Managed Project(TPM) ?

In case of CPM projects you may have to get the board admin access from the already existing admin(who ever created the board will be the admin), then you would see this options.

If you are jira admin you can see this options.

In case of TPM projects if you are project admin you can configure board in Project Settings --> Board Settings
