Looking to set automation for notification of alarms during a certain time

Hi,

We have several customers that we support on a 24x7 basis.  I would like notifications going into my slack channel should any critical issues be raised outside of business hours (08:30 - 17:30).  

Would anyone be able to help me with the JQL for this when setting automation?

Hi Dan,

You might try an automation rule like below. I have not tested it so you will need to do that.
