I'm setting up a demo ticketing system for my work and I set it up so that a service account would be the owner of the environment. I had to rename the account (not change the email), and now it's saying I don't have access to JIRA settings or Altassian Admin.
I made my regular user account an Atlassian admin as well and that also now seems to be unable to access Altassian Admin. I'm a bit confused as to what if anything I can do to fix this.
Welcome to the community. If you are the site admin, you should have all the rights to access the env including Atlassian Admin area.
In this case, I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance on your account.
