List of Assignees

I'm trying to assign an assignee but I only see myself in the drop down box. How do I add others? Mind that I do see my other teammates in "reporter" drop down.

Welcome to the community.  In addition to what Robert mentioned, by default in JSM project - issues can only be assigned to users with agent license + they should be assigned to the "Service Desk Team" role of your project.  This project role is already set in your project permission scheme associated to "Assignable User" permission.

As long as you maintain the Service Desk Team project role members (again they must have agent license), then you will not have to worry about the permission privs...

Hi @Toria Walker , welcome to the Community!

If the project is a company-managed project, you want to make sure that all of your teammates are in a project role or group and that role or group is given "Assignable User" permissions.
