Hey all,
I'm trying to link to organization name that is on the ticket in the subject for the notification email. Is there an easy way to make that happen?

When it comes to editing the template for customer notifications, the subject is restricted to three variables: Issue key, issue summary, and the portal name.
With this said, it’s not possible to add the Organization name to the subject.
There was a feature request suggesting more variables, but it was closed this year since there were only 2 votes in the last 4 years:
Note that, when changing the template, the changes will be applied to all customer notifications, so if it was possible to add the Organization, it wouldn’t work as expected when a ticket wasn’t shared.
