I have a project created in Jira Service Magnagement to attend 7x24h on-call technical support.
I have defined a work team that will take care of these on-calls.
On the other hand I have created in Opsgenie, a calendar with the on-call schedule with the technicians. I have defined the notification methods for each user (e-mail and SMS).
I can't manage to do the following:
1- Assign the incident to the person on call.
2- Notify the person on duty by e-mail and SMS to indicate that there is an incident and is assigned so that it can begin its treatment.
The incidents are always assigned to me because I' m the project leader.
Could you tell me how I could do the above
