I would like to ask you if there is a way to use an external knowledge base like GetGuru with JSM Cloud. If the only option offred is to use Confluence, is there a way to sync or migrate all my Guru cards to Confluence?

There is no way using anything else as a knowledge base. Confluence is the only option. I would recommend having a look at this thread, with instructions on how to migrate the content from GetGuru to Confluence.
