License cost per customer use

Would you like to know how user licensing works?

Currently have 100 client users, do they generate costs?

Where can I view this spend per user?

In JSM it is only the agents that needs a license, your customers do not need a license. Have a look at this FAQ for more information. For license cost information, go to the JSM pricing page.

Customers do not generate any costs. It is only the agents that are licensed and working on tickets that are billed.

To view costs, you need to be logged in as Site Admin. Go to Settings > Billing > Select Billing Tab and then click Manage Subscription.
